Brenda and Vincent were great hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a room in a house with three rooms with our own entrance. This was nice and quiet. The breakfast was great. Vincent gave us nice hiking recommendations. Both Brenda and Vincent really seemed to enjoy having guests and we enjoyed chatting with them. We would book here again anytime.

Excellent guest house at a great location - a short walk from the train station and right next to nature in Glen Nevis. All the facilities were of great quality and the breakfast was really tasty too. The hosts were both lovely, thank you so much for making our stay so nice and comfortable!

Given the prices for hotels in Fort William around Easter the Brevin's was reasonably priced and the breakfast was great (especially the offer of a vegan/vegetarian breakfast (maybe you could change the vegetarian sausage product though). The two owners are doing there job with dedication and heart. Appreciated!

Fantastic stay and could not fault anything.Welcoming and friendly owners who were knowledgable about local area, and nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation was spotless and very comfortable with well stocked tea tray, fresh towels and clean cups and glasses every day.Breakfast was excellent and cooked fresh to perfection with attentive service from Vincent and an appearance from Brenda after cooking breakfast.Would wholly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed for 4 days and from the moment we arrived we knew that we had picked a gem, Vincent and Brenda where the perfect host and nothing was to much trouble, our room was spacious, spotless and had everything you would ever need. The breakfasts was a treat for the start of each day, we loved our time at The Brevin's and will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

When we arrived we got a very warm welcome and the owner helped us with our luggage to our room. We felt at home straight away and the room was immaculate!Everything you need is supplied and once again very nicely presented, clean and the hot chocolate was a bonus. For breakfast we had enough to choose from and all very tasty (loved the blackpudding!). The owners do a great job making your stay as pleasent as possible and we will without a doubt return to The Brevins when we return to Scotland. Great location!

Stayed here for 2 nights last weekend when we came to climb Ben Nevis. Absolutely loved it. The room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! We stayed in Room 9 in the annex. It was perfect.Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Vincent and Brenda were so friendly and welcoming and made time to chat to all the guest every morning. They could not have been more helpful.Nothingnegative to say at all. Location is also perfect. 5 min drive to Ben Nevis, about 10 min walk to the town centre.Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again. ( ps this is the best review I’ve ever given).

Vincent and Brenda were outstanding hosts. Friendly, attentive and full of advice about the local area, places to eat, etc. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and full English (including vegetarian and vegan options). Stayed in a Kingsize room which was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. Pillows, mattress and bedding was comfy, warm and soft which equalled a good nights rest for the 3 nights we were there. We can’t wait to return and will be recommending The Brevins Guesthouse to friends and family who travel to Fort William in the future.

We only stayed one night but as soon as we arrive we wish we could stay longer. Was greeted and shown around and what a beautiful place very clean and well presented. We had a lovely cooked breakfast there was lots of options couldn’t fault anything. In a great location had a lovely walk into fort William only about a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend staying in this lovely guest house.

My partner and I stayed at The Brevins Guest House as a last minute change of plans and we could not have been more pleased with the decision. We were shown every courtesy, they went above and beyond for helping us check in early and leave our backpacks late, breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It's easy to see the effort that the family puts in to their establishment and they were very kind to us weary travelers. We will definitely stay there again should we return to Fort William.

We booked two rooms with friends for the weekend. The owners Vince and Brenda were so friendly and welcoming. The guest house was immaculate and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast was varied and very good. The guest house is in a perfect location close to town and to Ben Nevis. What can I say? When we go back to Fort William the only place we would book is The Brevins. Thank you for a great stay Vince and Brenda.

Wonderful welcome, great room and breakfast. Location was a little far out of town along the Nevis river for us to walk too often (we are over 70!) but great for exploring the Glen and mountain slopes.

We've been to quite a few guest houses over the years and this is right up there in terms of comfort, cleanliness, breakfast quality and friendliness of the owners. Brenda & Vincent are outstanding hosts… super friendly without being over familiar. The B&B is absolutely spotless. Our room was large cosy and comfy. They were kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage as we arrived early & then went one step further and let us checkin as the made us a cuppa & cleaned the room. Above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast was delicious and plenty…. Wish we’d have had a spare day to just chill, it’s lovely and peaceful and only 10 mins from town/station or 20 mins to Ben Nevis starting point. Can highly recommend this B&B.

Such a nice people. I really appreciate the ice box that they made for us with packed breakfast. It was very helpful as we left quite early for Ben Nevis the next morning. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and would stay with them again.

Welcoming by both Brenda and Vincent. Clear information but in a very informal and friendly way. Beautifully presented rooms pristine clean comfortable and modern. Quiet and restful space just lovely. Breakfast was the cherry on top full Scottish tasteful and well cooked presented and delicious with great portion size. We stayed at The Brevins for two nights while taking a trip on the 'Jacobite'Our hosts, Brenda and Vincent, were very welcoming and the room was very well appointed and clean. A clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay when travelling on Jacobite railway. Nothing was too much trouble for our friendly hosts. Freshly cooked breakfast with great choice of cereal, fruit , yoghurts and coffee.Thoroughly recommend.

The Brevins is a lovely place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. All our needs were satisfied for our two night stay. The Scottish breakfast was delicious. Our hosts Vincent and Brenda very friendly.Even a slow close peddle bin in the bathroom.The b and b is perfectly located for west coast rail, The Jacobite and of course stands at the foot of Ben Nevis.

We stayed at Brevins for 3 nights during our holiday in the Scottish Highlands.Our bedroom was large and everywhere was impeccably clean with a good implementation of COVID measures.There was an excellent choice of hot and cold options for breakfast and Vincent and Barbara were excellent hosts giving us plenty of hints and tips.The Guest House has an excellent location on the outskirts of Fort William - very close to the Ben Nevis visitor centre and also within walking distance of the town centre.Browns restaurant is just 5mins walk away serving excellent meals.

The guest House is situated on a very convenient road for walking to the town, and takes about 15-20 mins.Parking is on siteVincent and Louise are very friendly and so helpful in all aspects, and as a lone female traveller I felt very safe and comfortable staying there.The room was very clean and modern with their high standards applied to all fittings and furnishings.The breakfasts in the mornings were delicious and they were both very accommodating of my diet intolerances.I would not hesitate to recommend this guest house, and will definitely stay there again if I am up the highland way.

Stayed here for two nights as we had booked the Jacobite train journey from Fort William to Mallaig.We were met by Vince on arrival and shown to our room. He talked us through how everything worked in the room, ie shower and heating.1st impression was very modern, clean and welcoming.Room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom.Breakfast had plenty of choices and Vince and Brenda could not be more helpful and accommodating, i was able to 'tweek' the choices on the full Scottish Breakfast.Guest house was about a 15-20 minute walk into Fort William town.I would stay here again and would recommend this to family and friends.Probably the nicest guest house we have stayed in.

Afraid we could not find a fault with The Brevins. Everything was good from the size and arrangement of the room to the breakfast. Covid precautions excellent, had top floor of annex to ourselves, breakfast room organised to keep good distance from other guests, with friendly atmosphere.Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice, and attention from hosts.Very conveniently located only 15minute walk to town centre and station for our trip on the Jacobite. We’ve just arrived back from Brevins Guesthouse and had such a lovely stay. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. To top things off the owners gave us some sun cream before climbing Ben Nevis which was so thoughtful and really saved the day. This place is only a 15 minute walk from the start of Ben Nevis too so no need to take the car and struggle to park. Cannot recommend this place enough

We had a lovely stay here. Our hosts were so friendly, and made us feel really welcome. Everything was perfect, our room had everything we needed, (particularly liked the wine glasses and chocs!) it was spotless and extremely comfortable. The breakfast and service was spot on!It is in a lovely position for whatever your plans are, we were climbing Ben Nevis, and walked to it. Also lots of lovely olaces nearby to eat and drink in, we went with Brenda's recommendations and enjoyed our meals both nights. We were running late the second night and sore and stiff from our climb, so Vincent ran us to our restaurant, nothing was a bother. We would highly recommend this B&B and will definitely be telling family and friends about it.

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely bed and breakfast. Brenda and Vincent are the perfect hosts and they both looked after us very well, with route suggestions and maps. They also have a drying room which comes in handy. I had full Scottish breakfast on both mornings which was scrumptious. The b&b has been fully refurbished to a high standard with modern colours and quality furniture. If you want to climb Ben Bevis, the start is only 15 minutes walk away. We booked into Browns restaurant, for 2 nights which is only 5 mins walk and we both enjoyed the food. When I come back to Fort William, I will definately be staying at Brevins.

We stayed at the Brevins Guest House for two nights as we wanted to climb Ben Nevis. The location is perfect a short walk or five minute drive into town and a two minute drive to the base of Nevis. Our hosts were lovely, very welcoming and friendly and the full Scottish breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again, five stars from us.

Great, friendly, welcoming hosts - Brenda and Vince - nothing was too much trouble, even taking us to Steall Falls and picking us up!!!Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc.....even fresh milk supplied ????????.Breakfast was excellent....plenty available including juice, yogurt, cereal, choice of cooked breakfasts, toast, tea/coffee!! I stayed here with my room mate for two evenings so we could climb Ben Nevis. Vincent gave a warm welcome to his home, and He and his wife could not do enough for us. Everything had been well thought through during these turbulent times, and the facilities were clean, well cared for and everything we needed. A lovely, warm, welcoming “home from home” stay! I would definitely recommend.

Spent 3 nights here, had a brilliant sleep, beds are so comfortable, rooms are so clean and tidy, theyre also very well maintained and finished to exceptional standards. Breakfast was huge and kept you going most of the day. The owners really tried to make your stay, lovely people . Would 100% recommend for anyone in this area, plan to be back next year.

Really enjoyed our stay at Brevins for two nights after completing the West Highland Way. Rooms were really cozy but spacious and very clean. Lovely en-suite with all the needed amenities in the room. The hosts were really friendly and gave great options for restaurants and pubs in Fort William. Great selection of breakfast options. Perfect location just outside the town centre with an easy walk there and back. We would stay there again for sure!

WE stayed at The Brevins for 2 nights whilst visiting the area. The owners were very welcoming and the accommadation was excellent. We stayed in the annexe, the room was warm, clean and tastefully furnished. Lovely en suite with a great shower. The breakfasts were very good too and very filling...especially good was the french toast with bacon!

Vincent and Brenda were exceptional hosts from start to finish. We felt genuinely valued, nothing we asked was too much and they will go the extra mile to ensure you have the best possible time during your time in Fort William and the surrounding areas.Our room (7 in the annexe) room was THE cleanest I have ever stayed in. You guys have set the bar so damn high. I expect this is the general standard but it is extra reassuring given the current situation. The fixtures, fittings make it hard to believe it wasn't renovated recently. The standard of EVERYTHING is so high.Breakfast was delicious, went for the veggie option pre-Ben Nevis & then French toast with bacon as a treat the day after. Blimmin' heck that was gooooood.Appreciated the recommendations on what to do of an evening or in the rain.Sad to leave but will return! Excellent value for money - book direct.

An all together excellent experience.The guest house sits at the foot of Ben Nevis, on the road to the visitor centre.Room 9 is a good size, clean, fresh and with quality furnishings and plenty of charging points for electrical kit.A good selection of teas and coffees, too.The power shower in the bathroom blasts hot water onto tired muscles.There is a good breakfast selection catering to veggies and vegans as well as omnivores and the Full Scottish sets you up well for the day whether you are trekking in the mountains or relaxing on the steam train to Mallaig.

Fantastic little guest house. Room exceptionally clean and good views from our room of local hills across the loch.Ample parking on site. Very knowledgeable owners and a great breakfast, sets you up for the day.

This is one of the best guest houses I have had the fortune of staying in. From the moment we were greeted at the door, to the spotlessly clean and spacious room and the excellent breakfast, everything was just right. Its clear a lot of thought has gone into every aspect of the accommodation.The guest house is very conveniently a short walk from the centre of Fort William and is perfectly located for a walk up Ben Nevis, being just a 20 minute walk (or very short drive) from the Ben Nevis visitor centre.We hope to return sooner rather than later to this wonderful establishment.

On arrival we were greeted by Brenda one of the owners. The Guest house is stunning both inside and out. Our king size room was located on 1st floor. The room is beautiful, exceptionally clean. In fact everything looks new. En suite facilities the same as room , exceptional. The breakfast room is set out and adheres to all present restrictions. Everything is spotless. Breakfast menu is left to fill in the night before. The breakfast itself is great and Vincent makes you feel very welcome while Brenda is cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Please try the french toast it is amazing. Both Brenda and Vincent are brilliant hosts and we will definitely be back. Well done you two you are most certainly a 5 star establishment.

We felt very at home from start to finish.We stayed 2 nights, the first after completing the West Highland Way and the second after a gruelling walk up and down Ben nevis so the drying room and washing machine (small extra fee) were welcome perks of this lovely BnB. Brenda and Vincent were extremely hospitable and helpful even packing us up a breakfast to go on the 2nd morning as our train was departing very early.The full cooked breakfast was also delicious.

We came last year booked a different B&B and did 2 local walks. So I decided to bring wife again but for Ben Nevis hike. I have stopped here before with my mate so knew Vincent and Brenda were very welcoming and friendly. Vincent has improved and refitted the breakfast room to a very high standard since my last visit. We highly recommend this B&B, for us it was all spot on good clean room with super service. Very good value for money, we really enjoyed our stay and breakfast was great! look forward to another visit in 2021...:-)

This B&B is absolutely fantastic. We were warmly greeting by Vincent & Brenda on arrival and shown to our room. The room was immaculate and cosy. Plenty of supplies of tea, coffee and biscuits...also plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom was also spotless, and the shower was great.You could choose which time you wanted to eat breakfast which was great and there was a good selection to choose from. We were very grateful that there were vegan options on the menu. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, they gave some great advice regarding the local area and were very friendly in general.We have no hesitation recommending this B&B, it was a great stay. Should we return to Fort William in the future, this will be our go to place. Vincent and Brenda, thanks for having us.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and I can not fault it one bit! Brenda and Vincent were lovely hosts, very welcoming, friendly and made the place feel homely. The rooms were excellent. We stayed in a double room which was very spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with loads of choices. The B&B was close enough to walk to Ben Nevis. Vincent and Brenda welcomed us to their Guesthouse and immediately you could tell what a wonderful couple they are, extremely pleasant and very helpful with advice on the surrounding area, now to the jewel which is the guesthouse itself, what an amazing property it is, we stayed in room 3, a very spacious room with en-suite which is extremely tastefully decorated, the breakfast is amazing especially the full Scottish breakfast, but on being told of my wife's dairy allergy the had non dairy products for her which was really appreciated, we will be booking here again as the whole experience was fantastic.

Myself and brother stayed in this great guest house for 2 nights on our recent trip to conquer Ben Nevis. From the off our stay was spot on, from the superb hosts Brenda and Vincent (who were ever so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you) to the very clean and modern room we stayed in, with good location and then there was the fantastic breakfast (french toast with bacon was a treat). a fantastic place to stay, very clean, comfortable and a superb location

The owners, Vincent and Brenda, are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The day we were leaving, we had to leave early, so we were going to miss breakfast. They left a cooler box outisde our room. With cereals, yoghurts and muffins in so we would eat before we left. They also put in there a full packed lunch for our long journey home, which was so incredibly kind of them.The guest house is the cleanest and neatest place we have ever stayed. No marks anywhere, no back or limescale around the sink or shower. It was all very well cleaned and maintained. The room was spacious and quiet and surrounded by trees and mountains outside. It was just perfect.If we went to Fort William again, we would definitely stay there and recommend all of our friends and family to as well. ????

What a lovely place immaculate and spotlessly clean but welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious the omelette is recommended and as a gluten free vegetarian I was totally catered for. We had a lovely two night stay at the Brevins Guest House, we stayed in the King Size Room with ensuite which was very clean and extremely comfortable, tea and coffee was provided, lovely fresh white towels, slippers and the room itself was very spacious and quite.Breakfast was served in a socially distant way in the dining room, full Scotish breakfast was a good choice.The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, recommending a good restaurant and places to see, would definitely recommend this place.

This must be the best guest house we have ever used the Rooms were spotless the pictures don't do them justice lots of little extras yum, the breakfast choice was amazing and they are willing to cater accordingly and then there is the hosts Vincent and Brenda what can I say from the welcome until we left you made us feel we had knew you for years thankyou for a wonderful stayWill definitely be back

I’m We spent three really nice days at the Brevins Guest house. We have enjoyed the lovely and modern accommodation. The hosts Vincent and Brenda are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a big variety and was more than enough. We are looking forward to staying there another time and go up the Ben Nevis.

The Brevins Guest House was a delightful stay when I finished walking The West Highland Way. My room was comfortable, spacious and had everything I needed. The owners were attentive and extremely helpful. The breakfast each morning was perfect. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area.

I was only at The Brevins Guest House for 2 nights. Such a warm welcome i had. Ultra clean room and really comfortable bed.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable, however breakfast selection wasn’t as extensive as we’ve found in other B and B’s.

This was the perfect place to stay at the end of the WHW. We actually passed the b&b on the route towards the finish so we stopped to drop our bags in and received a very friendly welcome from Brenda. Our room was immaculate, spotlessly clean and it looked like it had been redecorated the week before everything was so fresh. We had one of the annex rooms and it was great as we had a little hallway to leave bags and coats in so they didn't take space in the bedroom. The guest house is only a 15 min walk from town but far enough that it's quiet at night. We met Vincent at breakfast who was very friendly and served up very generous portions of great food. The haggis was the best I had all week. I doubt I'll stay anywhere else next time I'm in Fort William.

I cannot recommend this guest house highly enough. It is well located just a 15 minute walk into town. The owners are really friendly and so helpful in suggesting things to do. The room was spotlessly clean and perfect in every way. And on top of everything the breakfast is superb. I would not look beyond The Brevins on future visits to Fort William.

We stayed 2 nights at the Brevins GH. Great location, room, breakfast and lots of good info. Owners are lovely people.We would go back again. Location is great and you can walk to everything from the Guest House.

I've stayed in Fort William more times than I care to remember, and there are some great places to stay, and some terrible ones. This is by far one of the best. I was heading up to do the North Coast 500 on my motorbike, and arrived dripping wet after riding for five hours in driving rain. I was met by Vincent who showed me to the annex which had a lovely new room decorated in a very comfortable contemporary way. A great little secluded place to park my motorbike as well.As Fort William is known for outdoors activities, Brevins has a great drying room complete with dehumidifier and all my soaked bike gear including helmet went in there. Great for hillwalkers and climbers too! Vincent chatted about his time on two wheels and told me about some of the newer places to eat in Fort William. A great night's sleep as the annex was silent, and one of the best veggie breakfasts I have ever had, thanks to Brenda before I set off on the road again.In short, this is a great place to stay for walkers, climbers, bikers or anyone using Fort William as a staging post for the north west highlands. Brenda and Vincent are warm and welcoming, have lots of useful knowledge about the area and serve great breakfasts to set you up for the day ahead.

We immediately felt very welcomed. Vincent is a born host - cheerful, helpful, and quick with a joke. Also gave us good advice about where to eat (and where to steer clear of), tips on navigating busy tourist spots, and where to catch haggis (ha!). Easily one of our best B and B experiences!
